has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any interagency meetings conducted as part of the development of the requested study be open to the public, subject to the same notice provisions and exceptions provided in the Open Meetings Act; and".,

and thence referred to the INDIAN AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
