SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 5, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendment 1.

         2. On page 3, line 14, before the second occurrence of "the", insert "the New Mexico academy of physician assistants;".

         3. On page 3, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that meetings of the work group be open and inclusive to the extent practicable; and".
