    1. On page 2, line 25, after the first comma, insert "the president of the United States senate,".

    2. On page 3, line 2, after the first occurrence of "the", insert "president of the" and after the second occurrence of "the", insert "president of the".

    3. On page 3, line 3, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof ", the chair of" and before the period, insert "and the secretary of Indian affairs".,

and thence referred to the INDIAN AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
