SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 9

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new subsections:

         "I. the secretary of transportation;

 

         J. the secretary of finance and administration;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 6, line 6, after the second comma, insert "the secretary of transportation, the secretary of finance and administration,".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
