    2. On page 3, line 14, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 15 through 17 in their entirety.

    3. On page 4, line 4, strike "directly or indirectly".

    4. On page 7, line 24, after "accrued", insert "as provided in this section".

    5. On pages 14 and 15, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    7. On page 19, line 15, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 in its entirety.

    8. On page 19, line 17, strike the first occurrence of "a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    9. On page 20, line 2, after "occurred", insert "after the

effective date of the Healthy Workplaces Act".

    10. On page 21, line 12, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

    11. On page 21, line 17, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

    12. On page 21, line 22, strike "five hundred dollars ($500)"
