SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 6 to HOUSE TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

HOUSE BILL 255,

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR STEINBORN

     1. On page 68, between lines 9 and 10 insert a new section:

     "SECTION 32. STUDY EFFECTS OF DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL.--Five years after the enactment of the law, the Department of Health shall conduct a study of impacts of the delivery of alcohol, evaluating consumption trends and public safety impacts of the delivery of alcohol.".

     2. Renumber remaining sections accordingly.
