has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 10, after "appear", strike the remainder of the line.

    2. On page 3, line 11, strike "2021".

    3. On page 3, line 13, after the period, insert "No later than September 1, 2021, the department shall without requiring a reinstatement fee reinstate the driver's license or nonresident operating privilege of every person whose license or nonresident operating privilege is suspended solely for nonpayment or failure to appear and who is otherwise eligible to drive.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
