SENATE BILL 83

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, strike lines 13 through 17 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

         "A. A municipality, county or Indian nation, tribe or pueblo shall have the right to aggregate the electric loads of customers within its jurisdiction in a local choice energy program.".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
