    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 124, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all senate health and public affairs committee amendments.

    2. On page 2, line 5, after "within", insert "fourteen days of receipt of a claim for prescription drugs and related fees if submitted electronically by a pharmacy,".

    3. On page 2, line 6, strike "if submitted electronically" and insert in lieu thereof "of any other electronically submitted claim".

    4. On page 3, line 7, after "receipt", insert "of a claim for prescription drugs and related fees".

    5. On page 3, line 16, strike "the claim" and insert in lieu thereof "a claim for prescription drugs and related fees".

    6. On page 3, line 18, after "of", strike the remainder of the line and on line 19, strike "pharmacy" and insert in lieu thereof "any other electronically submitted claim".
