has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, strike "Article 6B of".

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "Act", insert "or the Intimate Partner Violence Survivor Suffrage Act".

    3. On page 2, line 8, strike "within" and insert in lieu thereof "that includes".

    4. On page 2, line 25, strike "within" and insert in lieu thereof "that includes".

    5. On page 4, strike lines 4 though 21 in their entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
