SENATE BILL 256

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 21, strike "On" and insert in lieu thereof "As of". 

 

    2. On page 2, line 21, before "balance", insert "unexpended".

 

    3. On page 2, line 23, remove the brackets and line through "general fund" and strike the underscored language.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
