has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike "2" and insert in lieu thereof "3".

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "No later than January 1, 2022, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

    3. On page 1, line 23, after "district", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 through "Code" and insert in lieu thereof "in the state".

    4. On page 2, line 2, after "comparable", insert "open source or convertible".

    5. On page 2, line 9, after "by", insert "an".

    6. On page 2, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act are applicable starting January 1, 2022.".
