SENATE BILL 318

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 14, line 4, after "needed", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 in its entirety and strike line 6 through the comma.

    2. On page 19, line 2, after "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 3 through "facilities" and insert in lieu thereof "renovation, construction, purchase or expansion of a charter school facility and the paying off of charter school lease-purchase agreements".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
