0001| AN ACT | 0002| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A | 0003| NAVAJO RURAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. | 0004| | 0005| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO: | 0006| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0007| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico | 0008| office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the | 0009| purpose of studying the feasibility of establishing a Navajo rural | 0010| school district.
