     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                   HOUSE BILL 57, as amended
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1. On page 4, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following: 
  
        "B. Receipts from gambling, except paper bingo and raffles,
  are not deductible even if total receipts are less than eighty
  thousand dollars ($80,000).".
  
     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
