     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 70
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
          1.  On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "two million
  five hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred ten dollars
  ($2,571,210)" and insert in lieu thereof "six hundred thousand
  dollars ($600,000)".
  
     2.  On page 2, lines 1 through 4, strike Paragraph (2).
  
     3.  Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
  
     4.  On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "four hundred
  sixteen thousand nine hundred sixty-three dollars ($416,963)"
  and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred thousand dollars
  ($500,000)".
  
     5.  On page 2, lines 8 and 9, strike "two hundred
  seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000)" and insert in lieu
  thereof "three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)".
  
     6.  On page 2, line 11, strike "seventy-five thousand
  dollars ($75,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred
  thousand dollars ($100,000)".
