0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A JUVENILE FORENSIC EVALUATION

0013|     PROGRAM IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-nine thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($49,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the third
    |
0018|     judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of establishing a juvenile forensic evaluation
    |
0020|     program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
