0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NEW MASTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY--MASTER OF PUBLIC
    |
0017|     HEALTH PROGRAM.--The board of regents of New Mexico state
    |
0018|     university shall establish a master of public health program in
    |
0019|     community health education.
    |
0020|       Section 2.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0021|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0022|     board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure
    |
0023|     in fiscal year 1997 for operational costs associated with the
    |
0024|     creation of a new master of public health program in community
    |
0025|     health education.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0001|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0002|     general fund.
