APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0018| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0019| department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the | 0020| purpose of providing general operational funds to the Pecos | 0021| valley medical center ambulance service in the village of Pecos | 0022| located in San Miguel county.
