  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 3, line 3, strike "filed or".
  
    2.  On page 3, line 4, after the period strike the remainder of
  the line, strike all of line 5, on line 6, strike "returning" and
  insert in lieu thereof "A licensee may mark and return",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
