  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 183
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   On page 1, line 14, after "LICENSURE" insert "; DECLARING
  AN EMERGENCY"
  
     2.   On page 24, strike lines 1 and 2 and insert in lieu
  thereof:
  
     "Section 20.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace,
  health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
