APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-three | 0020| thousand dollars ($163,000) is appropriated from the general | 0021| fund to the state department of public education for expenditure | 0022| in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of providing | 0023| teacher training in software and computer equipment use and to | 0024| purchase software and technological equipment for special | 0025| computer lab needs at Del Norte high school in the city of | 0001| Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or | 0002| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 | 0003| shall revert to the general fund. | 0004| Section 2.
