                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "Seven hundred forty-six
  thousand dollars ($746,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three
  hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)".
  
     2.  On page 1, strike lines 22 and 23.
  
     3.  Renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
  
     4.  On page 1, line 24, strike "two hundred thousand dollars
  ($200,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred thousand dollars
  ($100,000)".
  
     5.  On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "two hundred forty-six
  thousand dollars ($246,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred
  thousand dollars ($200,000)".
  
     6.  On page 2, line 3, strike "Nine hundred thousand dollars
  ($900,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five hundred thousand dollars
  ($500,000)".
  
     7.  On page 2, line 7, strike "four hundred thousand dollars
  ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred thousand dollars
  ($100,000)".
  
     8.  On page 2, line 9, strike "five hundred thousand dollars
  ($500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four hundred thousand dollars
  ($400,000)".
