                    HOUSE BILL 253, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee amendment.
  
    2.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16 strike "Six million five hundred
  thousand dollars ($6,5000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Four
  million ($4,000,000)".
