     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 262
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 16, strike "Five hundred thousand
  dollars ($500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two hundred
  fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)".
  
     2.  On page 1, line 20, after the period strike the
  remainder of the page and on page 2, strike line 1.
