APPROPRIATION--OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS.-- | 0018| Four hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($485,000) is | 0019| appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural | 0020| affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to contract for | 0021| services for the promotion of Hispanic music throughout the | 0022| state, including conducting workshops, shows and concerts and | 0023| awarding scholarships.
