0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE LAND IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1997 for the purpose of purchasing the land that Ann Parish
    |
0019|     elementary school leases in Valencia county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.

0023|   the purchase of land at Ann Parish elementary school in Valencia
    |
