0012|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE REVOLVING LOAN

0013|     FUND AND THE WASTEWATER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LOAN FUND FOR

0014|     LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Pursuant to Section 6-21-6.1
    |
0018|     NMSA 1978, the following amounts are appropriated from the
    |
0019|     public project revolving fund to the following funds for the
    |
0020|     following purposes:
    |
0021|            A.  one million six hundred twenty-eight thousand
    |
0022|     nine hundred dollars ($1,628,900) to the rural infrastructure
    |
0023|     revolving loan fund to carry out the purposes of the Rural
    |
0024|     Infrastructure Act; and
    |
0025|            B.  one million six hundred twenty-eight thousand
    |
0001|     nine hundred dollars ($1,628,900) to the wastewater facility
    |
0002|     construction loan fund to carry out the purposes of the
    |
0003|     Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act.
    |
0004|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0005|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
