  has been referred
  
                   HOUSE BILL 315, as amended
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 3, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new
  subsection:
  
          "Q. to San Juan county for a water treatment plant at the
  Navajo agriculture products industry location on the Navajo Nation;".
  
     2.  Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
