0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COMPLETING THE AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN

0013|     OF THE LOS ALAMOS AIRPORT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0017|     is appropriated from the general fund to the state highway and
    |
0018|     transportation department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997
    |
0019|     for the purpose of completing the airport layout plan of the Los
    |
0020|     Alamos airport.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
