     Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 423
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   On page 1, line 16, strike "One hundred twenty-five
  thousand dollars", and on line 17 strike "($125,000)", and insert in
  lieu thereof "Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)".
  
     2.   On page 1, line 19, strike "in the following amounts for
  the following", and on line 20, strike "purposes:".
  
     3.   On page 1, line 21, strike "(1) fifty thousand dollars
  ($50,000) for", and insert in lieu thereof "to".
  
     5.   On page 1, line 23, strike "; and".

  
     6.   On page 1, strike all of lines 24 and 25 and on page 2,
  strike all of line 1.,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
