0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|       Section 1.  REPEAL.--Section 64-1-16 NMSA 1978 (being Laws

0018|     1963, Chapter 314, Section 8, as amended) is repealed.

0014|       1.  On page 1, line 12, strike "REPEALING" and insert in lieu

0017|       2.  On page 1, strike lines 16 and 17 and insert in lieu

0020|       "Section 1.  Section 64-1-16 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1963,

0024|   <u>that</u> receives funds under the Aviation Act shall charge landing

0025|   fees for aircraft <u>in excess of ten dollars ($10.00) for a single-engine plane and twenty dollars ($20.00) for a twin-engine plane</u>,
