On page 1, line 12, strike "REPEALING" and insert in lieu thereof "AMENDING". 2. On page 1, strike lines 16 and 17 and insert in lieu thereof the following section: "Section 1. Section 64-1-16 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1963, Chap- ter 314, Section 8, as amended) is amended to read: "64-1-16. LANDING FEES.--No airport facility [which] that receives funds under the Aviation Act shall charge landing fees for aircraft in excess of ten dollars ($10.00) for a single-engine plane and twenty dollars ($20.00) for a twin-engine plane, except for aircraft used in scheduled air service or commercial aircraft in excess of [18,000] eighteen thousand pounds maximum gross weight.""., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
