0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE GUADALUPE COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of designing and planning courthouse improvements for
    |
0020|     Guadalupe county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
