     Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 529
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 23, strike "thirty thousand dollars
  ($30,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-five thousand dollars
  ($35,000)".
  
     2.  On page 1, line 25, and on page 2, line 1, strike "one
  hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000)" and insert in lieu
  thereof "one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000)".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
