     Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 561
                                
                                 has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 15, strike "Two million dollars
  ($2,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One million dollars
  ($1,000,000)".
  
     2.  On page 1, line 19, strike "one million dollars
  ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred fifty
  thousand dollars ($350,000)".
  
     3.  On page 1, line 22, strike "four hundred thousand
  dollars ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred
  thousand dollars ($100,000)".
  
     4.  On page 1, line 25, strike "four hundred thousand
  dollars ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred
  thousand dollars ($100,000)".
  
     5.  On page 2, line 3, strike "two hundred thousand
  dollars ($200,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred
  thousand dollars ($100,000)".
  
     6.  On page 2, line 8, strike "One million dollars
  ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Three hundred fifty
  thousand dollars ($350,000)".
  
     7.  On page 2, line 9, strike "human services department"
  and insert in lieu thereof "department of health".
