On page 3, strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof: "(3) to pay all board-approved claims of community-based health program health care providers that provide primary care to indigent patients, that meet the requirements specified in Paragraph (5) of Subsection N of Section 27-5-4 NMSA 1978 and that have a governing board, the majority of whose membership is composed of consumer representatives from the area served."., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
