0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--
    |
0018|            A.  One hundred sixty-two thousand three hundred
    |
0019|     twenty-seven dollars ($162,327) is appropriated from the general
    |
0020|     fund to the state department of public education for expenditure
    |
0021|     in fiscal year 1997 for the following purposes and in the
    |
0022|     following amounts for the Albuquerque city center schools
    |
0023|     cluster technology plan:
    |
0024|                 (1)  one hundred twenty-seven thousand six
    |
0025|     hundred seventy-nine dollars ($127,679) for Jefferson middle
    |
0001|     school; and
    |
0002|                 (2)  thirty-four thousand six hundred forty-
    |
0003|     eight dollars ($34,648) for Monte Vista elementary school.
    |
0004|            B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0005|     at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
