0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-eight thousand dollars is
    |
0017|     appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging
    |
0018|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of acquiring
    |
0019|     vehicles for the division of senior services of the city of
    |
0020|     Santa Fe.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
