0010|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO OPERATE PRIMARY HEALTH CLINICS IN

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0016|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0017|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of operating La Casa de Buena Salud primary health
    |
0019|     clinics in Portales and Clovis located in Roosevelt and Curry
    |
0020|     counties.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
