0012| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF

0013| EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS IN THE NEW OTERO COUNTY COURTHOUSE;

0014| DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
|
0017| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-two thousand two hundred
|
0018| dollars ($32,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the
|
0019| local government division of the department of finance and
|
0020| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for
|
0021| the purpose of purchasing and installing equipment and
|
0022| furnishings in the new county courthouse in Alamogordo in Otero
|
0023| county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
|
0024| end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.

0025| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
|
0001| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. State of New Mexico
