                         HOUSE BILL 617
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.  On page 1, line 20, strike the period and the remainder of
  the line, strike lines 21 through 23 in their entirety and on line
  24, strike "with a maximum of" and insert in lieu thereof "in an
  amount not to exceed".,
     
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
