PUBLIC PROJECT REVOLVING FUND--APPROPRIATIONS.-- | 0018| A. The following amounts are appropriated from the | 0019| public project revolving fund to the following entities for | 0020| expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the following purposes: | 0021| (1) six million eight hundred thousand dollars | 0022| ($6,800,000) to the taxation and revenue department to purchase | 0023| and install an information management system; | 0024| (2) two hundred twenty thousand seven hundred | 0025| dollars ($220,700) to the general services department to | 0001| purchase and install a requisition processing system; | 0002| (3) four hundred ten thousand five hundred | 0003| dollars ($410,500) to the public defender department to purchase | 0004| and install office automation and case tracking systems; | 0005| (4) seven hundred eighty-seven thousand dollars | 0006| ($787,000) to the state treasurer to develop the T-WARS project; | 0007| (5) three hundred seven thousand eight hundred | 0008| dollars ($307,800) to the regulation and licensing department to | 0009| enhance computer systems; | 0010| (6) four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to | 0011| the office of the state engineer to conduct a comprehensive | 0012| information system pilot project for water rights and | 0013| hydrological studies; | 0014| (7) one million eighty thousand dollars | 0015| ($1,080,000) to the human services department to enhance the | 0016| medicaid information system and income support division system; | 0017| (8) one million one hundred sixty-five thousand | 0018| dollars ($1,165,000) to the department of health to conduct the | 0019| community provider payment project and the vital records | 0020| reengineering project; | 0021| (9) two million seven hundred four thousand | 0022| three hundred dollars ($2,704,300) to the children, youth and | 0023| families department to purchase and install the family automated | 0024| client tracking system; and | 0025| (10) six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to | 0001| the corrections department to purchase and install the prison | 0002| information system. | 0003| B. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining | 0004| at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the public | 0005| project revolving fund. | 0006|  |
