0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0019|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0020|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to fund the
    |
0021|     institution of a before- and after-school activities program for
    |
0022|     elementary and middle-school students by the Bernalillo county
    |
0023|     parks and recreation department.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0024|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0025|     the general fund.
