0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AND MAINTENANCE OF

0013|     THE FORT STANTON CEMETERY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five thousand dollars ($5,000)
    |
0017|     is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0018|     division of the department of finance and administration for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of making
    |
0020|     improvements to and maintaining the Fort Stanton cemetery in
    |
0021|     Lincoln county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
