APPROPRIATION.--Eight hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($800,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 | 0018| for the purpose of remodeling sections of the state capitol to | 0019| increase the number of permanent staff offices with windows and | 0020| to install shower facilities in the men's and women's third | 0021| floor bathrooms. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0022| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the | 0023| general fund. | 0024| Section 2. APPROPRIATION.--Two million dollars | 0025| ($2,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0001| administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal | 0002| year 1997 for the purpose of implementing court automation | 0003| projects statewide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0004| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the | 0005| general fund. | 0006| Section 3. APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0007| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0008| energy, minerals and natural resources department for | 0009| expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for maintenance, repair and | 0010| improvements to state parks throughout New Mexico.
