TRANSFERS TO THE GENERAL FUND.--Sixty-six | 0017| million two hundred thousand dollars ($66,200,000) is | 0018| appropriated from the following funds to the general fund in the | 0019| following amounts to meet fiscal year 1995 obligations: | 0020| A. five million dollars ($5,000,000) from the risk | 0021| account in the public school insurance fund; | 0022| B. thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) from the | 0023| workers' compensation retention fund; | 0024| C. thirty million five hundred thousand dollars | 0025| ($30,500,000) from the public liability fund; and | 0001| D. one million two hundred thousand dollars | 0002| ($1,200,000) from the long-term lease guarantee fund. | 0003| Section 2.
