Strike House Judiciary Committee amendments 2, 3, and 5. 2. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "twelve million one hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($12,185,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five million dollars ($5,000,000)". 3. On page 3, line 18, strike "twelve million one", strike all of lines 19 through 21 and insert in lieu thereof "five million dollars ($5,000,000) for planning and construction of a secure juvenile correctional facility.". 4. On page 4, line 11, strike "twelve", strike lines 12 and 13, and on line 14, strike "rehabilitative facilities" and insert in lieu thereof "five million dollars ($5,000,000) for planning and construction of a secure juvenile correctional facility".
