0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE CROWNPOINT

0013|     INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixteen thousand five hundred
    |
0017|     dollars ($16,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1997 for the purpose of purchasing and installing computer
    |
0020|     technology and a copy machine for the Crownpoint institute of
    |
0021|     technology in McKinley county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0023|     the general fund.
