       HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE 
                  FOR HOUSE BILL 755, as amended 
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee amendment.
  
    2.  On page 2, lines 13 and 14 strike "Two hundred twenty-five
  thousand dollars ($225,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Fifty
  thousand dollars ($50,000)".
